WOW! WOW! WOW! This was such an awesome event! From beginning to end it was a special time that my family and I will not forget. We almost weren't able to make it, and with our prayers & the faithful prayers of some awesome Gomers- God made a way where there was not one. You guys ALWAYS rock, but most importantly, you usher in the presence of God and provide an amazing worship atmosphere with your live shows. I'm so glad we Gomers were able to give ya'll a momento of our love and appreciation for all that you've meant to us in our lives. My oldest daughter Maddie Wright loved that ya'll loved her animated drawing of the band, and hopes ya'll will cherish it, as it took her alot of time and effort. She said it was worth it to see the looks on all of your faces. My youngest daughter Jacinda (the youngest Gomer in the front row) was so thrilled to be at her first Third Day show (besides WinterJam) She was able to get a personal photo with "her" Mac and with Tai which meant so much to her. And she wants to give a big thank you to Mac for giving her his guitar pick out of his pocket after the show. Ya'll are amazing guys & amazing musicians, and I am so glad to have had this experience. I'm so grateful for your music. HAPPY 20TH ANNIVERSARY THIRD DAY!!!! WE LOVE YOU IN CINCINNATI, OH. ♥ Natalie Armenta, Linda, Maddie & Jacinda
Make Your Move Tour
Today's show was pretty different for us. The show was originally scheduled to be a part of the Fall Make Your Move Tour, but was postponed to to a variety of factors, many beyond our control. To make up for that fact. All the previous ticket holders were being treated to a pre-show q&A/acoustic show/hot dog eating contest. Some of our wired fans seized on the opportunity of the rescheduled show to have a get together to celebrate their friendship and the band's 20th year making music. We rolled into the show with a few hands tied behind our back. First of all, it was our first show without Hoard in a long season. So, we were missing the really cool addition he is to our live sound. Also, the room is so boomy, I think the show from the week before was still happening in the rafters as our crew loaded in. In addition, our manager and business manger were on hand for meetings all day. Also, throw in that Mark and I had family members on site and you have the makings of a stressful day.
