Really, my favorite concert yet. The way Third Day ramps it up, then keeps it close with the audience is such a great experience. When they move to be within the crowd, it was more like being amongst friends. Praise God for the delivery of the Gospel, and the fun had in the process!
Make Your Move Tour
Dallas, what can we say? You were amazing. Tonight's show felt like the culmination of months of planning and hard work. Everything seemed to really come together.
It was a long day. We did an in-store appearance at Lifeway Christian Stores for a few hours. Then, we came back an had a lengthy Q&A session and Wired meet and greet. The show didn't start till 8 Pm tonight. We've kind of built a routine around the show starting at 7. So, it was already making for a long day before we ever hit the stage. However, we were all pumped and were working in some last minute changes to the set in the dressing room. This is always a little nerve racking as there is no time to practice.
Everything really seemed to come together to what we all thought was a great show. After the show, Mac headed up a spontaneous after-show set in the lobby for another hour of music. I went out and signed some autographs and talked with Sam Taylor, the producer of our second record. It was great to see him and his family.
We love you Texas.
