What a great show! First time at the Patriot Center. Everyone working there is so very nice!! Drove up from Fayetteville, NC and was totally worth the trip! We were supposed to play an April Fools Day trick on you during the set but after the equipment failure, we just couldn't bring ourselves to do it! Special thanks to Scotty and Jason for keeping us company while we waited in line for our Wired pics! Always good to visit with these two very talented guys! Like the new lighting. Glad to hear a lot of Move songs in the set! I'll be your Miracle is one of my favs and Trust in Jesus is the greatest!
While we were waiting in line, some folks from ASCAP were in line in front of us and we talked about how talented you all are and how you so deserved the awards you recently received. Later while waiting for the Q&A to start, a guy from "One" came by and said he saw my "One" shirt and asked me if I had a hat. I told him no and he gave me one! Whoot.
After the show we got in the very long line to meet Trevor Morgan. He remembered me from Twitter which was totally awesome. He autographed our CDs and we took a picture together. Looking forward to hearing a lot more from him! Was a God filled evening that won't be soon forgotten. Thanks guys for a great evening! ~ Carol
Make Your Move Tour
Great night in Fairfax, VA. We had a really big crowd, and they stuck with us tonight. There were quite a few technical difficulties that had the potential of derailing the concert, but we muscled through. We even had a brief moment where we lost all of our audio completely. That hasn't happened since the Come Together Tour.
I spent the day at the Holocaust Memorial with my father. It was really meaningful to me, and I would recommend for everyone to go once in their life.
David spent some time at the headquarters for International Justice Mission, and Mac and Mark and the boys,..... well they went to Old Glory BBQ in Georgetown of course.
This show is always a highlight of our tour, and we'll always remember this night.
