Hi! I have tried to get my story to every celebrity I can think of. I have loved your music for 3 years. I am 12 years and and when I was 7 I had a ruptured brain aneurysm. I don't really want to put all of the story on here but the first week I was at CHOA the doctors said I wasnt going to live. Then they said I would never walk nor talk ever agsin but I am. During a 10 hour surgery I died n went to heaven. During an angeogram I had a stroke n it effected my left side. Im blind in my left eye. I wear a brace on my left leg n wobble bc im disabled/handicapped. I grt bullied everyday by the funiness in my walking. I dont let it stop me bc im a child of god. I am a christian. And I know god has big plans for me to save me from my ruptured brain aneurysm. I listen to 88.5 The Truth and 93.3 The Joy.fm all the time in the car. Everytime I hear Mac Powell I scream THIRD DAY!!! I know all the words to every song. I practice singing your songs because I love them so much. By hearing a few words of each song I can name it. I have been begging my mama and daddy to get me Third Day tickets. She finally did. I am going to Greenville, SC on March 27th. I hope that you are reading this because it took me a long time. My favorite bible verses are Philippians 4:13, Jeremiah 29:11, Isaiah 53:5, John3:16 James 1:19, Romans 12:2, and of course Joshua 1:9 RAK CHAZAK!!!!!! ISAIAH 53:5 BY HIS WOUNDS WE ARE HEALED. If someone is reading this that is good friends with Third Day please show this to them. Oh and tell them that on March 27th for the concert look straight in the middle #119 is where me n my family will be sitting!
Ok... so was blessed to see you guys in Belton, Texas last year.... I'm 47 and hadn't been to any concerts in years.... Short story.. diagnosed stage III melanoma in 2010... have lost 9 friends and family to cancer since my diagnoses... Love THIRD DAY for more reasons than i can say... but waited anxiously throughout the concert for "Trust in Jesus"... Never happened... so best i can tell you owe me a song.... I live in Round Rock Texas... so let me know when you will be through this area and give me a couple of open times and we'll find a place to get together... Maybe even a small benefit song for Amanda Watson... 4th grader with brain cancer in Georgetown Texas... Let me know what works best for TD.
Hi third day!
A group of us have seen you play in Prescott valley, Dallas & bel air last year & we are attending the roadshow tour in Tacoma tomorrow evening (12th). Really looking forward to feeling the fathers love that comes forth through you during your performance! Thanks for serving in all the ways that you do! I'm wondering if you might be able to play when loves see you. I know that it is not a traditional third day song, but it is so powerful when Mac sings this song & has touched my heart & opened me to more of the father that I thought I would see if possible! Thanks for your consideration & I'm looking forward to tomorrow evening!
Hello Third Day!
I think about logging on every time I listen to the song Forever Yours (usually at least 4 or 5 days a week). My Dad died in 1984 when I was 14 and I still miss him terribly. That song Forever Yours is just so personal to me and I imagine that he would say exactly all of what is in that song. That said, I think I've only made it through that song without crying maybe 2 times. It's good though. It really is.
Great to worship last night with Third Day in Sacramento. Truly appreciate your focus on our Lord Jesus while rocking the arena. Enjoyed seeing the Neverclaim again (they played with Third Day in Medford Oregon in 2011. Looking forward to "worship # 2" in San Jose next week. My wife, daughter and her new hubby will be there as well. Blessings to you and your families, Rick
Just discovered your band this autumn so we are new fans and love your sound. When I looked your band up online and saw you'd be in MD I decided a Third Day show be a great, "first concert" experience for my girls. What a great evening for us and a terrific set! Little did I know we'd get to meet you after the show and receive autographed CD which was a real treat. Never thought I'd be explaining to the kids that you don't usually VIP-it to the front of the line to meet the band after a concert; but that when you take a chance and give big, sometimes you receive big! So cool!
This is a concert I will never forget....my favorite band and my granddaughters first concert ever. The three of us have still yet to come down from our excitement. I honestly have never been to a better show an for them this one will be hard to beat...,if ever could ! With many blessings to all of you and yours. Thank you for blessing our lives with your music everyday
