good news - Brett is home now yay! praise God! he's still got a long way to go in recovery. The doctor got the results back on the tests they did on the appendix after they took it out, and it had ruptured but rupture had been contained by the fatty tissue that miraculously surrounded it, was totally God's hand that he didn't die!! The doc said another week or two and he would have been dead! so praise God for saving my love!!
PRAISE GOD!!! What a miracle that fatty tissue was. Who know that it could actually be good for something! God really does have his hand on his children, even when we can't see it. I am so happy for you both that he is home and on the road to recovery.
Hoo-hoo, nice call Jason. I think I am the only woman in the world who does not think Brad Pitt is good looking. He is just rather ordinary.
MrsCAussie- I am so thankful God helped save your husbands life by getting the right medical treatment just in time.
its ok! I dont think Brad Pitt is anything special to look at either! never understood the fascination lol!
and thanks for your support and prayers and praise to God regarding Brett! so appreciated you wouldnt believe!
down to business - is anyone here in Oz looking at pre-ordering Chronology? I mean, like it would be nice to be able to listen to the stuff now, but I'm thinking $50 US postage for the delivery on release date (am assuming that international rapid is express?) is just a bit much for me...if its anything like the last two albums can buy it in Word about a week after release date for $25 - $30 AU...hmmm... dilemna dilemna!
yeah Word is only 10 minutes from my place (ok in ballarat, most things are only 10 minutes from my place lol) so I guess I'll be doing that and just practice patience!!
I have pre-ordered purely because of the great deal on the first 3 albums, and how much cheaper it is compared to here. I mean $34.95! I have ordered the $40 spesh for myself, with one of them for a present, and another Chronology CD for a birthday present, for $74.50 US. Which will end up being about $96 AU. Sure that is on the 'slow boat' but I can wait, speshly when it would cost over $150 for me to get all of them here.
sounds like a good deal Rachel! I already have the other albums, so wouldnt work out cheaper for me! the tshirts tempting, but cant really afford it so will just buy the cd from ehre for $30 from Word! Am hoping that my store can order it on my behalf to make sure its put aside so the day they get it I can have it lol!
hmmph just checked and Word still doesnt have it listed!
but yeah I agree, $35 from Koorong! they like to put prices up when its double cds dont they!
I just worked it out, to buy just the cd and pay the basic postage which could take up to 4 weeks to arrive, it would be about $36 for those interested
yeah I checked Word after I found that it was $35 *gulp* at Koorong, and if thats all your getting you have to pay $7.45 postage. They sure do like to charge big $ for the double cds. So if you can wait for the 'slow boat' to come in it works out cheaper.
yeah, I can understand that if you need to get them to post it to you then its definitely cheaper to get it from overseas! fortunately melb is somewhere I frequent regularly and my sister lives about 10 minutes from Koorong lol!

I have found Koorong to be expensive for a number of things in the past. Consequently, I rarely buy things at full price. Love those sales.
Well, I'm planning on requesting it as the parting gift that I've been offered, since I finished up working with Koorong yesterday to move into the world of steel reinforcement estimating. So...well, I guess that means freebie
