I am missing how having a sexual harassment suit disqualifies one as a journalist. Can you explain that one to me, maybe I'm just not smart enough to understand. Assuming that is even a true statement because I have no idea what you are talking about.

I am mystified by that as well, considering Bubba was accused of Sexual Harrasment by Paula Jones.

Funny, on a thread which is slinging mud at Obama and slandering him, and you are slinging mud at me. The Fox commentators freely admit they are commentators. It's not my interpretation. It's what they have said.

1. You again have failed to answer my question.
2. Fox News commentators freely admit it... nothing made up by me.
3. I am a moderate. I voted for a Republican candidate yesterday.
4. Why is it when Ev says things to you, they go unchallenged. But when I say virtually the same thing, you attack.

Well then before responding, maybe do some reading and you can respond in a way we can discuss.

This thread isn't about bashing or slinging mud on Obama. If I'm not mistaken there is an option to vote for "A - Very good job." I can't help it if only one person voted for that option. Hmmm. I wonder who voted for "A?"

Well, I think I did.
My point (which you conveniently disregarded, and edited from your quote) was whether or not such a lawsuit exists has absolutely NOTHING to do with whether or not he is a good reporter, and the only reason someone would bring it up in a discussion about his reporting skills, is to sling mud.
They guy could be a Nazi, or even worse a democrat, and that doesn't make him a bad reporter necessarily.

Exactly.... but the problem is this. He's not a reporter. He's a commentator. Fox calls their show hosts commentators and not reporters. When you watch Fox, you are not watching news; you are watching commentary.

At least they are being honest about their biases, as opposed to the other side. Calling yourself a reporter does not make you one, no matter what network you work for.
As far as you and I are concerned, which one is a reporter and which one is a commenator will probably depend on which one we agree with more often.
I can listen to a guy like O'Reilly and even Hannity and seperate the fact from opinion quite easily. I agree with most of the opinions, but I know they are opinions.
We always prefer to get our news from a source which is like-minded with us, because they verbalize what we were already thinking usually.
I would rather have unbiased reporting, but that doesn't exist. But if I've got to pick a bias (which I do, because everyone is biased) I'll go with the side that most often shares my values and convictions.
And clearly you are doing the same, you just don't want to admit it.

Interesting though that the vote is pretty well split: 7 votes who think he's at least mediocre, and 7 who don't.
Although that middle category that ranks him "fair to poor" kind of messes with the stats a bit in my book, since you can't tell if the three people that voted there think that he is doing a "fair" job, or a "poor" one. And I'd rank "fair" as a positive thing, vs "poor" as a negative thing.
And come to think of it, in my own personal scale of good to bad, I'd actually rank "fair" higher than "mediocre". But that's just me.
But in any case, given the direction the posts seem to have taken, one would never have guessed that the vote is essentially split right down the middle. I guess that those who think he's doing at least an okay job or better don't have any inclination to discuss it.

Mediocre is not much of a compliment in my opinion.
I agree that it would make more sense if it were arranged like this:
Good
Fair
Mediocre
Poor
Terrible
I guess my point was this thread wasn't created with bashing Obama in mind. It was just asking the question, what do you think of the job he is doing so far.
And if the responses are mostly negative, then that's just the way it goes, but it could've just as easily gone the other direction.
