Can you try to access using a different browser? I know sometimes when something doesn't play nice with IE, I jump over to Firefox, or vice versa, and a lot of times that helps.

Or do you have another computer you could try it on? Like for me with the TBN site, I don't have SP2 installed on my PC so can't play their video archive there, but it works just fine on my laptop, which DOES have SP2 installed.

Maybe start a new thread for "Need Wired Technical Support" that's completely separate from all the other Wired threads. Something that'll draw attention to the fact that you've hit a snag. There are enough computer techies here that maybe one of them will get you started...

I'm updating our Windows software Karen. I've logged onto our computer as the administrator so I can do that. This is Mark's work computer so we can't mess with it too much. If the worst comes to the worst I'll have to wait :eek: and try to join from a friends computer. Or, we can link our other computer to the internet with a bit of hassle. Again that'll have to be tomorrow - boooooooo! I'll try with the updates first of all. It's getting late over here and my brain is frazzed!

I'm Wired too...#75. It took a little bit of work to get signed on once I was given my activation code, but I'm now registered and signed up for a meet and greet pass for the Christmas tour. Anyone else put in for one if they're going to the Christmas show?

I'm WIRED too but not really liking the one M&G thing...my husband is coming to the Greenville show with me...so I have to leave him sitting by himself to go to the M&G??? If I can only have one show per tour why can't I have 2 tickets?

Also....I really wish 3D would look into another tix supplier...MusicToday is a rip off (Ticketmaster isn't much better but I don't have to pay $9 shipping to be sent 2 pieces of paper). They are making a killing and I don't want to be the one paying for it. And the first 5 rows thing that Corrine mentioned doesn't seem to be the deal with the tickets. Sounds to me like they are still at the mercy of the venue and we will get crappy seats for this too in some venues. Anyway....I'll keep the rest of my negative comments to myself for now and wait to see how this pans out. I hope I have to eat my words and pull my foot out of my mouth.

I clicked to request a pass and it said I had already registered for one!! But I hadn't!!!!! I got out of that page and went back, and it said there were only 5 passes available. I think they only allow 15 per show for WIRED, promoters, radio stns and such also get them, but you can't "guarantee" people things, b/c if something changes, folks get really ill.

Sounds like all it needed was a wee bit of a computer update then. Did you get the whole SP2 update or were you just needing the most recent ones at this point? I know not having SP2 on my PC also keeps me from downloading the instant movies at netflix too, but they work just fine on my laptop.

It looks as though there will be about 25 passes for each show available. I believe that it says "winners" for lack of a better term. If it said there were passes available, and you put in for one, you are a winner.

I noticed that the numbers dropped after a request was put in, but still wasn't sure if that meant that you would get the M&G pass. Corrine spent a lot of time last night answering all our questions, so a big thank you to our Mama!
