;) We have discovered a great new vitamin that is actually pretty amazing. Actually, they discovered it, we just tried it. I believe it was an answer to prayer for energy and attitude.

Buried Treasure VM100. It is a liquid, comes in 2 flavors. I get the orange and mix 2T daily in a small glass of pineapple juice (totally mask the flavor which isn't all bad) or with a little OJ. Me and my husband haven't even had a sniffle for almost 2 years. (allergies don't count for me) Not to mention, my husband rises much earlier and easier than ever in all the years we have been married. Not to mention, I think it definitely works on the mood quite nicely.

At some point in our lives, as we continue to age, your immune system isn't what it used to be. But you can be!!! That is what this vitamin is geared to do is boost the immune system amoung other wonderful things.

We have been around some sick people, 24 hour stomach flu's, horrendous colds - flu. I'll just say, we have tested it and it has proven to be the best we have ever taken. Others have worked, but not like this Blessing in a bottle.

I'm not spamming, just recommending. Add your recommendations here if you'd like.

Did you know, running on a treadmill for 30 minutes mainly increases your cardio health. You need more than a treadmill and 30 minutes to get into shape....

Equate multi-vitamin from Wal Mart :P

So I Google it and someone has already searched it on our PC!

Running on a treadmill? Hmmm...novel concept. :P

I've actually got one of those "Fitness Flyers" for exercise that I bought second hand from a friend. It makes a great place to hang my bathrobe up when I take it off. :D

Yes, I know they make closets for that, but one of the cats figured out how to open the closet door, so now I've got an "anti-cat device"* wedged in front of it to keep her out, which is such a pain to move that it tends to keep ME out too.

*anti-cat device = 3 hand-held weights that ALSO found new life as "non-exercise" equipment after I bought them. Started with a 10 pound, she could move that one, added another 5 pound, she could move that too, added another 5 pounds, and that seems to have stopped her. Still can't believe that little bitty Shelley - less than 9 pounds of cat - can shift 15 pounds with her paws far enough to open the door. :D

Oh and I forgot just one thing.....

As we age, our bodies absorption decreases with every gray hair :D Really, it is true that we are not able to absorb the vitality out of a pill(s) that we once could. So, IMHO, liquid when possible.

We have something called the "Gazelle" from Tony Little (the long haired way too motivated muscle dude on infomercials and QVC). It works, and apart from the fact that Jenniferr and I have been a bit under the weather, we have been using it 5 or six days a week, at a minimum of 30 minutes per day. Our secret to sticking with it is ...

ADD! She watches tv, sometimes I watch tv, somes I do Playstation (gotta love wireless remotes!) And, don't forget your water- drink lots!
