well, on friday my family (mom, dad, and Jenni) will head out on vacation while i stay at home and work. it hurts so deep and it's like i know why it hurts and i feel like it shouldn't hurt. it's all very frustrating. last summer they went on a vacation/college visit to vermont without me while i stayed home and worked and it was no big deal, but this year it just really stings that i'm not going to south dakota with them. i guess because it's the last trip before jenni goes off to college.

i don't know. any advice on how to deal with this (other than cry in my bedroom, which i've been doing ;))?

I'll pray for ya Ang. It's hard to be left behind, especially when you know that afterwards it's gonna change and not be the same anymore. Growing up sometimes stinks. It's not fun to do the mature thing. So after you're done crying, get a big tub of chocolate ice cream and eat it! That always makes me feel better. That, and having total control of the remote control! That's power!
