Why are all dictator type leaders paranoid?

Because they are proud. The rulers of Rome and the Jewish leaders had Jesus crucified for the same reason... they fear anyone who would be able to cause an insurrection and oust them from power. That is why Chavez might abolish term limits. Makes sense... if a law says that your term has to end, and you are the "King", you simply get rid of that law, and rule as long as you can hold on to power.

All dictator types are paranoid, simply because they know that there are hundreds of men just like them ready and willing to take their place when the time is ripe.

How about Hitler, Bonaparte, Pol Pot, Stalin,

Men are capable of wicked wicked things in their grasps for power...

I've never denied that. What I do deny is your paranoia of the fututre of the United States. It is ironic that you have no faith in our constitution to serve its purpose, yet you can go on and on for hours about how bad we need it.

No, I have faith in the constitution, I don't have fiath in those whom undermind it for "Good"
