It is on the "Winterheart's Guild" CD from SontAArcticA.

SontAArcticA = Power Metal band similar to HellOweeN or Stratovarius and at times somewhat Progressive like Pink Floyd or YES, but from Finland. Their singer sounds similar to Joey Tempest from Europe. The much better and much heavier verision of Europe.
