I like garlic fingers might only be an eastern Canada thing...they don't have them west of Quebec that I've been able to find.
Basically, it's just a pizza crust, but instead of pizza sauce, a garlic butter spread is used. Then, it's topped with loads of mozzarella cheese, and sometime bacon bits. Then, it's cooked like a pizza, and then cut into finger-like pieces. Most people dip them into donair sauce (which I dislike immensely, so I dip mine in pizza sauce which has been heated up a little bit) Garlic fingers are supposed to go with pizza, but I prefer them over pizza.
