According to my ROTJ screenplay, the camera tilts down to reveal a half-completed Death Star, with Endor in the background, and an Imperial Star Destroyer moves overhead towards it.

I believe the quote is:

"Then the emperor has already won. You were our last hope."

Since the Star Wars series is the stroy of Anakin and Luke Skywalker this event is markedly significant to the storyline of all six movies and not just the original trilogy.

It could also be argued that placing Luke in Vader's helmet is a warning that Luke will be tempted by the dark side of the force in the future.

In my opinion it could actually be both of the above.

Yep, and Yoda fought and killed him when he arrived after fleeing Coruscant. Dagobah was th ideal place to hide becuase it was able to mask his strong light side prescence from the Emperor. It cancelled it out in other words.

I should rework my question. A few years ago I picked up on this mistake in the movie from a website. At that time, it said that the actor got knocked out cold. However, after watching the scene, I have noted that this is not the case. The website has changed their story since then. So, to aviod confusion, here is the question:

Name the movie and scene in which an actor recieves an unintended/unscripted blow to the head?
