Hi Sandie,
Everything's fine up here (but it's starting to get colder as each day gets closer to winter:( .
I have only one girl Rebecca 2.5 years, and a boy, Robert 4.5 years, both are full of life!
They say that haveing kids keeps you young but I think they make me feel older! (I was 50 two weeks ago!).
How's things in Sydney?......... it was a bit humid there last time I visited (22 years ago);)

Happy Birthday, John.:) My 50th was last year, and I've just celebrated my 51st birthday. Glad to hear that your children are well. I can't think of any way to slow them down. :D Michael turned 20 recently.
Sydney is gorgeous in September- just beginning to warm up. :)
You may be aware that Australia lost Don Chipp, Steve Irwin and Peter Brock last week. Very sad week.

Eltham, Vic. Oz.......
nice place, lots of gum trees and birds my mum & dad live there as well as my sister and her family.
Yep, a few famous aussies have 'gone west' in the past week or so.
I met Peter Brock a years ago at a local Christmas concert in Plenty, north of Greensborough/Eltham. I remember that he had a run-in with GM about putting a small black box in their cars to line up the atomic structure so the cars go better!
I think he was a scientologist. (something like that).
He was a well known local and as a kid he was a bit of a hero of mine, my brother went to school with his brother ect.
Everyone here in Norway knew the Croc-hunter from TV.
(Of course no-one knew Don Chip here).
Time to go home,
God bless every one of you!:)

Is there anything on the net about the stories of the guys in Third Day, I'm interested in Mack's song about the guy who messed up his and his families life, at the end of the video clip Mack looks out the window of the family house into the street as though he had been part of this sad story?
The words the song are very powerful ....hit her without swinging, left her without leaving!

Hi Sandie,
all's well here, winter is going now and the sun is out!!!!!!
We are really looking forward to summer holidays, camping in the mountains and staying at the cabin, fishing and boating ect.

John H: I just noticed your post. The weather's cooling off now in Autumn, and I'm going to the Sydney Royal Easter Show on Monday. :)
My son's moved out of home, and it's quiet around here. I'm trying to sell this house and buy a smaller villa with less mowing.

Hi Sandie,
yes, that is a lovely photo of Rebecca!
Robert speaks both english and norwegian very well, Rebecca is learning both (she can say No!!! and Nei!!! very well);)
Jorunn speaks only norwegian to them and I try to speak only english to them, it's hard switching from norwegian (to Jorunn) and then english for the kids at the dinner table!
Here's a photo of the whole family........
