Among those killed were the fugitive's pregnant twin sister and six-year old niece.

Not sure if the gentleman who spoke is a brother or brother-in-law but his ten seconds on camera spoke of her crossing the finish line and being thankful to God that she did not suffer.

It encourages me when in tragedy people talk about their faith in public.
