Conservatives spanked the libs all over the country in many races during the "Obama wave of popularity".

The hyper-left Obama machine is being sniffed out for the Marxist regime that it is.

Good news for the US Constitution I hope. If these folks turn out to be McSames then send them packing!

It amazes me that so soon after the "Mandate" that so much of the country would vote Conservative.
Looks to me like folks were attempting to check the hyper-left's marxist/socialist agenda.

Sorry, dude. I find this very unconvincing. Our country is very very far to the left over even 20 years ago. One little election which yields desirable results is only a swing to the right in relative terms.

While the GOP had a few victories, I would hardly say they spanked the Libbles. For example, the race in NJ was more about politics as usual, and less about liberal or conservative values. I, along with my fellow independents in NJ, elected Chris Christie the next governor of NJ. While I don't see eye to eye with him on all issues, I think he will make the tough decisions and necessary changes to make NJ healthier.

That's not my point. I mean that what conservatives are in favor of, or at least accept, in 2009 is way to the left of what we'd put up with 20 or 30 years ago.

You are absolutely right the GOP is loaded with RINOs.

Yep no doubt but the D by his name is all the libbies care about. Just like King was an R but that never gets reported. MLK was a republican because the Dems would not have him and in fact filabustered the Civil Rights Act.

If it weren't for those deemed RINOs, there would be fewer Republicans elected. The conservatives should be thankful.

I don't care if a republican gets elected or not, as long as a conservative gets elected.

The GOP ran one of the biggest RINOS of all time and he got his posterior handed to him in the GE last year. The Dems need to move to the center as well.

Obama beating the GOP Candidate last year is no surprise a 6 year old could have beaten the GOP after Bush.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

I've never won "Post of the Day" before. What do I win? :)

BTW. I've been at work 2.5 hours already. I want your job. :)
