Is This Concert Really Happening???

I looked on the Thompson Boling Arena website and this concert isnt listed on the calendar. Is this concert really happening or is it one of those tentative dates that is going to end up being dropped? I know that 3rd Day has had TBA on the tour schedule before and it has either been dropped or moved to the Knoxville Coliseum. Anybody got any info on this???

This concert is part of a Youth convention thing called CHIC 09. It's like a week long youth thing that cost an extreme amount of money. I did however email them and they said if anyone else would like to come that after they let all the kids in they would let others in for a donation.
