Hey Elaine!!!!!!! Are you coming to this show???????? Whooooooot!!! I can't wait to see you!! I will be coming with Roma. She will be so excited to know that you will be there.
Roma and I are going to see Jars of Clay in Richmond the nite before and then traveling on to Williamsburg for the Third Day show. Should be an incredible weekend. Knowing you will be there makes it even more special. We need to get Karen to come too!!!!!!:D

I'd love to be there, but the single day tickets for Busch Gardens are almost $60. We will be seeing 3D the night before (6/13) at Sonfest, so I'm still considering this show. It would be great to see you and Roma again!

:( Sorry, not me. As much as I LOVE Busch Gardens, that's one of my favorite amusement parks (Alpengeist! Wootwootwoot! :D ), I've done a near keel-over from the heat at a few too many summer shows the last couple of times. And to come late enough in the day to avoid the worst of it, it suddenly becomes a very expensive couple of hours, with the park admission plus the overnight motel stay. And expensive I can't do, not with the U2 tickets that pretty much ate up most of of my concert budget for the rest of the year.

So I've pretty much been ruling out going to any of the summer festivals this year, no Sonfest, no Kingsfest, no Busch Gardens.

Holding out for the Glory Revealed tour, which shouldn't cost a LOT (hopefully it won't be held so far away this time), and it looks like Jeremy Camp might be coming to the NC State Fair this year, so that'll be close AND cheap. And not until the end of October to boot. :)

Elaine, so glad that you are coming!!!!!!!!! Whooot. And we have our M&G pass requests in!! This is going to be a blast.

So far I have not seen Busch Gardens coupons. :( But I am still looking. I understand that alot of the hotels in Williamsburg offer their guests coupons towards admission. I know you told me that you will be getting into Williamsburg late on Saturday. But if you happen to check into your hotel before going to the park, you might want to inquire about discounts at the front desk. Do you know where you are staying yet?? You could even call ahead to see if they offer discounts to Busch Gardens!! I will let you know if I find any coupons too!!

I hope the M&G on Sunday is after 3D performs since they are headlining. I definitely wouldn't want it during NTB's set. For their performance at Sonfest, I would prefer before their set so we can get on the road for Williamsburg. :D

Not sure if it will be, Elaine. It'll be late when 3D finishes and the 'workers' will be anxious to leave since the park will have already closed. If it is, I imagine it'll be a real quick M&G! Are they having a M&G at Carowinds? Maybe you can find out about BG's then.

Leaving Saturday around 12 noon for Richmond for the Jars of Clay show. If any of you girls need me, you will have to call me. No more access to the boards, Facebook, email etc. after I leave on Saturday.

I will check e mail before leaving tonight about the M&G. The M&G in Charlotte doesn't start until 7:45. I may not stay since I'm also signed up for this one too. It is after 3D's set.
