Hey all, I guess a lot of you don't know me as I have not been around here much lately. I have been a huge TD fan for quite a while now. I used to be a real regular around here, but not for a while. Maybe I am not looking in the right place place as things have changed a bit here, but I don't see much talk about the new cd/dvd. I have to say something!!
The cd is great as always, but the dvd is just killer!! I am still at work and just looked at a couple of things on it so far, but this looks to be one of the best dvd's of the guys and the band I have sure ever seen. Right off, it has two of my favorite songs on it. I Got a Feeling is a rocker and Mark does it proud! Then to my favorite all time TD song, Thief. I sat and watched this one with tears in my eyes. This has to be one of the greatest songs ever penned!! Then again Mark ends it like Thief 2006. WOW, what an ending to an already incredible song. It has been so long since I have seen these guys live. I very much like the dvd!! Great stuff!

The DVD totally rocks. I was at the Raleigh show. I've only got to watch the DVD once but it was excellent. Thief is one of my favorite songs. I just saw them in Fayetteville during the Revelation Tour and they did Thief and it was phenomenal. I really enjoyed the backstage and off-stage clips. These guys are so gracious to let us into their world. The production of this DVD was very professional. Great Job guys! Love it!!

I went to two stores this afternoon in search of the DVD.....and had no luck :( . Me thinks I should try Lifeway on the way home from work tomorrow.

Here in Spokane, Walmart and Best Buy has them. There may be others, but I know these 2 for sure.

howdie Ron! Been a while my friend,

To be honest haven't gotton around to getting the project yet. I cheated and bought "when love came to town" off Itunes so I could keep my fix. Next pay check it is all mine!

Glad to see your sticking in to see how things are here, don't feel to bad, I'm not on here as much as i want to either anymore.

I picked up mine at Target yesterday. Had to ask the guy behind the electronics counter to see if they still had it in stock, since I found the sale price advert card in the CD rack, but all the CDs were gone. :eek:

He pulled it up for me in the computer, and they actually had two left in stock. Took him about 5 minutes to find it, but eventually I walked out of there with one. :)

Took a quick peek at the Raleigh section before I went to bed last night just to see if I could spot me. :P I saw Doug in the crowd once, you can't miss his bright white Mets jersey right there in the front row. I'm in black (If I'd known they were filming, I would have NOT worn my black "Fish Can Fly" Bono shirt that night :( ;) ), and frequently behind the camera guy, so I don't think I'll see me much. No great loss, lol.

I'll check out the whole DVD in its entirety this weekend, since I'll actually be at home, with no houseguests, this time, and will have more time to watch it then.

Great photos of the Corpus show, Corrine. It looks like it was REALLY windy that night, Mac's hair was blowing all over the place!

Watched the DVD last night. It rocked! I couldn't resist picking up another copy at Target tonight for $9.98. It will make a great gift!

After listening to the cd, all I can say is that they are truly phenomenal live. There's no comparison to the studio version. I absolutely fell in love with this version of "Run To You". Not only was the annoying female voice gone, but it showed Mac doesn't need anyone's help on a song. I love the intro too. I may have a hard time putting the studio version back in my cd player! The video - what can I say except wow! I do believe my ears need a rest however after the cd/viewing.:D
