Can anyone tell me what the numbers beside the songs mean? Are they settings for Mark's effects setup?

I also wonder .... I hope the gentlemen don't sign their checks this way ....working for a bank, it would drive me crazy

He had a special guest, William Dingding (??), one of the Lost Boys of Sudan. According to William though, he's now a man and just can't get adjusted to the weather and the English language.
