I have a bit of a policy here. If the phone call is from Australia it is usually a charity so I listen politely and then decline. If it's from India I hang up straight away.

Its actually "border collies" because it is simply plural and not a posessive.

If we were saying "the border collies' food bowls" or "the border collie's food bowl" it would be appropriate to use an apostrophe.

As soon as they say 'is this the ...... residence' you say no and hang up. (The name they ask is never ours anyway.)

I know it should be 'tasty' but chocolate is such an amazing food, that it comes in it's own category.
(If you asked me the first thing that came to my mind if I heard the word 'delight' or 'now' I probably would have said the same thing.)
