4. Ooooh. That's a difficult one! They say that when someone has lost or limited ability of one of their senses, that others compensate...so, perhaps if I lost my vision, my ability to hear and listen would be enhanced.

1. What do you do if you can't sleep at night? Count sheep, toss and turn, get up, something else? I REFUSE to get out of bed. I lay there and do a slow burn thinking about how this is REALLY going to mess up my day because I'm going to be sooooo tired. :D
2. Are you a traveler or a homebody? My older sister and I were talking once and we both think we'll turn into hermits when we get old. We love being home. But I say that now when my "have to do" list is long. I've never traveled just for me, I think I would love to -- more of a wanderer, I think. I subscribe to a couple of email newsletters that feature great discounts at last minute trips. I daydream. I think I could like that. Soooo, I'm still trying to grow that money tree. ;)
3. When did you get your first traffic ticket? Tell us about it. I've gotten pulled over twice (age 18 and 40) but didn't get a ticket either time. Zippy, your defective vehicle excuse is CRACKIN' me up!! :P
4. If you were forced to give up one of your five senses, which one would you choose? Why? I'm thinking my sense of smell. Good smells are short lived for the most part. I'd rather give up smelling coffee and chocolate versus tasting them!! Although when I think of the smell of just bathed babies ..... that's a little piece of heaven right there!!

1. What do you do if you can't sleep at night? Count sheep, toss and turn, get up, something else?Usually toss and turn, although it's rare that it happens, since I'm usually on my computer until way late and already nearly falling asleep at the keyboard. :)
2. Are you a traveler or a homebody? Both. I LOVE to travel, but after I've been gone a bit, even for the weekend, it's always good to come home and see the kitties!
3. When did you get your first traffic ticket? Tell us about it.My first ticket was actually a stupid parking ticket, back when I was in CA and still taking classes. I accidentally parked in a two hour spot all day. :o I worked close enough to where I was going to school, that in the longer gaps between classes, I could zip over to work and put in a few hours then zip back to class. One day classes got canceled for the day so I went to work and parked in my usual "in between classes" parking place. Came out at the end of the day to a ticket on my windshield. DOH! The first check that I ever wrote, out of my brand spankin' new checking account, paid for that ticket. That's the only ticket I ever got in my 12 years of driving in CA. The cops are a lot more buttheaded in NC, apparently, since moving HERE 12 years ago, I've been pulled over 4 times.
4. If you were forced to give up one of your five senses, which one would you choose? Why? Probably hearing. That would probably the one I could get by without the most.
