At 10:01 there were no VIP tickets available. I don't know where the VIP tickets are but think it's odd that 30 secs into it, there weren't any. I'm assuming the GA tickets that were available are in the pit. I bought two, but was curious as to why there were no VIP tix and where they are. I wish there wasn't a pit. I love having a spot-a reserved spot- in the first row or two without having to wait all day in line. I was hoping those days were behind me!

Hi Diane, I was on promptly at 10 and had the same result. I believe its how the venue is configured. Anyway, I did get front row at Corona! Hope to see you at one of the shows.

Just missed you on FB. Yes, row A seats 11 & 12
Hi all,
Long-time Third Day fan, new to the boards.
I bought tickets this morning right at 10:00am. I wasn't trying to get the VIP tickets, but I was surprised to see that all the rest were general admission tickets. I thought those days were behind me as well! Do you really think we'll have to stake out our spots hours ahead of time? If so, what's the point of having the pre-sale? I was kind of hoping that when our tickets came in the mail, they'd have a seat assignment on them. Wishful thinking?

Yeah, I was talking about LA. I emailed the venue and they said GA is for the pit or balcony.
My daughter and I will see you at the Corona show. It's a lot farther away (& rush hour on Friday...yuck), but we like the idea of not having to be at the venue all day waiting in a line.
I will probably sell my GA L.A. tickets. If you know anyone who'd like them, let me know. I'll sell them without the fee.

You will like Crossroads, its a nice venue. But like you said, the traffic on the 91FWY is HORRENDOUS especially on a Friday.
How many LA tickets do you have? I'll try to help you with those.

I have two. Thanks!
We'll probably try and leave before the worst of the traffic and have dinner out there.

I'm out that way quite a bit and there are many resturants not too far from the church.

Ok, I just saw the seating chart for Crossroads. There is a row AA, so row A is second row. Good enough for me.

at 1:50 there were two seats available for row AA. I only need one and it does not allow to buy a single seat. Kind of far so I'll pass unfortunately. I would have gone if I was able to get this close up seat. I guess I'll just go to Club Nokia since it's closer for me and a Saturday

Personally, I think it stinks when they don't provide a seating chart. One would think Row A 1 minute into a sale is the first row. To sneak in a AA is not cool to me. Oh well. Now I just pray a very tall person doesn't stand in front of me like at Yorba Linda (I'm a tall person magnet)! I'm wearing my platforms!

Very Misleading To Have Row A Then Throw In Aa As Front Row. Not Inclined To Buy Anymore Tickets - Same Thing Happened To Mbt. Think I Am Done With This.

Hey, I just noticed that there are no seats in front of ours, so Katie will technically be in front row after all! AA & AAA don't have seats 11-14. So no worries about tall people...haha:)
After buying our original tickets, we decided to purchase VIP tickets for ourselves and sell the general admission ones. So I have two general admission tickets (for Club Nokia) available for sale now. The box office manager told me that these tickets allow the holder to be on the floor in the general admission area, or in the balcony general admission area. Let me know if you're interested. Looking forward to the show!!

Cool. Us short people have to stick together! At Yorba Linda, my son could not see and some very nice folks traded their front row seats for our 3rd.

the seating chart for Club Nokia has two plans for the floor, either seats or GA. The balcony shows seats only on their website. Yet it says that this concert GA is for either floor or balcony. Did the Third Day show offer any seats at all?

I have been emailing the box office manager quite a bit this week to try and figure the seating out. The story is, the entire floor is general admission and standing only. The front rows of the balcony (shown in red on the seating chart, labelled with double letters - AA, BB, etc) is the VIP seating and the only assigned seating available. The remaining rows in the balcony are general admission, but there are chairs available to sit in. I bought $31 seats during the Wired pre-sale, and I was told that I could use those tickets to either stand on the floor or sit in the general admission balcony area. The *only* way to get a reserved seat is to buy the VIP package.
If you want official verification, you can email the box office at Club Nokia. The manager is very nice and answers questions willingly.
