Family Memberships

I have a question. I have an eight year daughter who wants to come with me to the next concert and meet the band. I would love to do this, but I'm wondering if I have to buy a family membership. With my current membership I realize I could have just brought her with me, but I never had the opportunity to do that. My husband likes Third Day, but he just doesn't like them enough to pay double the membership fee. As I'm looking at renewing, I would basically be spending the extra $50 just for my daughter. So, does anyone know, if I want to bring my daughter with me to the meet and greet do I have to pay for the family membership. Or can she just come with me. Because I just can't swing the full $100.

Also (I know some have raised this question), since we already have the t-shirts and laminates, do we really need to pay the full $50 to renew. Will there be a discount for renewals?
