Does anyone know the Chord Progression for Casting Crown's version of "I heard the bells one Christmas Day"

I want to play this one at my church on Christmas with a piano and bass behind my vocals and guitar.
Problem. I dont have a good chord progression for their version, because they add in the extra chorus and I'm not sure how close they stick to the original song.

Help is definatly appreciated!
