Cool! Good find!
I actually made a little bitty tiny crane from one of those generic small sized (about 1-2 inches, those really small ones) post it note pads before. It ended up to be about the size of my pinky fingernail. I stuck it in an origami box (with a lid and everything) that I'd folded previously, so it wouldn't get lost.
Contemplating getting another one of those Page-A-Day Origami calendars for my desk for next year, they had them at CostCo the last time I went. But the only problem with those, is once I fold them, I never want to throw them away, particularly if I made something kind of cute, like a puppy or something, that day. I've STILL got a plastic bag full of calendar projects sitting in a corner from several YEARS ago, that I haven't wanted to toss out. LOL.
Such a packrat. :o
When they handed out radio station postcards at the last Sonfest that I went to in June, I told Doug "I'm going to make a bird with it!" He didn't think I was serious. I was, I still have THAT crane sitting on my desk! :D He came out fairly well, considering that he started out as a rectangular sheet of card stock.
