From one slow Italian to another, I googled it for you. According to Wikipedia:

The binary numeral system, or base-2 number system, is a numeral system that represents numeric values using two symbols, usually 0 and 1. My mate Joe was a computer geek. Worked for IBM. Took a look at the men who had been there for 10 or 15 years, didn't like what he saw, sold his furniture to his friends, went to Italy and slept in a park and met people for 8 months. He's so glad he got out.
