I am having a hard time deciphering if this is the same problem everyone else is having too, or not. When I click the ticket sales link for the venue I want, it brings me to a window that says:
Welcome Third Day WIRED Members! This is your opportunity to buy pre-sale tickets before anyone else can!

When I click login the next window has a space for me to enter my password into. When I enter it, it says:
You have entered an incorrect password or the password has been changed. Please check the password and try again.
So then I clicked the "Your account" button in the top right hand corner. At the next window I enter my username and password, and it says:
User Name or Password is incorrect
So then I click this link:
Forgot Username/User Password?
and it gives me a spot to enter my email address. When I do that, it gives me this:
Email provided not found. Please re-enter your email.
So in other words, I'm getting nowhere fast. I can't view pre-sale tickets in any way, which is supposed to be available to me as a Wired Member. Is this the same thing happening to everyone else? If it is, and it's just a bug that needs to be worked out, I can handle that. I just need to know if it's just me, then I have to deal with it somehow.
If this is the exact same problem as the other thread, feel free to move it, I just was a bit unclear if it really was the same issue or not. most of the posts on the thread seem to be atleast a week old. Thanks very much, and sorry for being so long-winded.
