New Wired Site open

I just got an e-mail saying the wired site was up and running again. Just a heads up to those who are Wired members and those that might want to join, that the meet/greet section is also up and working.

I signed up for the meet n greet & the confirmation page showed 0 guests. Did everyone else get 0 guests? Are guests in addition to myself? Are these really stupid questions?:P

I'm guessing it must be, and yes, I got the same thing. There really isn't an option to change it so I don't imagine anyone will get anything different.

No extra "guests" allowed. Corrine said in that other thread that some other bands that this club organization handles have taking guests along as an option so that's in there for those groups.

Ours isn't set up that way, so everyone's "guest" count will always be zero.

Or something like that. :)

Or maybe "guests" is reserved for family memberships with kids. I don't know for sure.

New to the boards (I may still be in the zone of my coments not showing up) - anyway, I am having trouble getting Wired 2.0 to recognize my email address. I purchased my membership a month ago through the Third Day store instead of the Wired website and I can't get any information from customer service about this issue. I am eagering trying to get Meet & Greet passes for the Oct. 3 concert in Houston. I hope I can still get them once this is figured out :)

Is anyone else having this problem or had it & solved it?

I too cannot get logged onto Wired 2.0 and cannot get a response from their customer service. I've emailed and called but still no response. I haven't received my shirt from my membership that was ordered in May.

Now I see they upped the membership to $50 and you get a meet and greet pass. Does that mean since I purchased it in May before price went up I can't meet and greet? I'm hoping they get this solved ASAP as the concert is this Saturday 8/23!

I checked directions on link above with no luck. I've went to ThirdDayWired.com, which automatically sends me to ThirdDay.com/wired. I tried entering my username/pwd that worked a few days ago and it won't work ( Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.)

I've tried re-setting my password and it gives me an error:
Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again.

Very aggravating!!!!!!!!!!

And please email me (MamaGomer@gomers.net) and give me your personal information, so I can send it to those in charge. We can try to get you a M&G reserved this way, since you can't log in, and may not be able to in time for your show.

And Meet & Greet passes have always come with the Wired memberships. This is nothing new. If you read this thread (http://www.thirdday.com/boards/showthread.php?t=104873), you will find more information. Third Day is extending all current memberships to January 2009.

Yep, tried resetting, no luck. Also tried via firefox, no luck. I am thinking the old wired allowed us to log in via username or email and I always used my username and not email. Am I mistaken about it giving us that option?
