Wired not working!

Is anyone else having issues getting logged into the new Wired web site? It says that you have to reset your password the first time you visit the new site. You are supposed to click on the forgotten password link and a new one is supposed to be sent to your email address but when I typed my email address it tells me that address wasn't found in their records! HELP! I wanted to get my request in for the Meet & Greet for the Music Builds show in Chicago next Saturday because I know it's going to fill up fast! :confused:

That's strange. I had no problem getting my new password sent. Are you sure you entered the correct email address? I'm just asking because I have three different email addresses that I use for things. I received an email at one of them telling me about Wired 2.0. So, I knew that was the one I needed to enter on Wired. They sent my password right away. The website's pretty cool. I guess they have stopped doing ticket sales, unless it's just not showing because there are no presales going on right now. We'll see. :)

There was a problem logging in earlier, but it appears to be fixed now. When I originally received the new password, I would input it only to be bounced back to the WIRED log in. I tried again after reading the Where's Wired thread that people were finally able to get in.

Yes, all answers to problems are being posted on the page linked to in the post above. But it should be fixed now. Just go here http://www.thirddaywired.com
Hit Refresh and should see it as thirdday.com/wired/. Then follow the directions for getting your new password and logging in. :)
