Call My Name Ringtone

On the cover of my pre ordered Revelation CD there was a sticker that said to get the "Call My Name" ringtone now. I've followed the instructions and tried it 3 times with no response. Does anyone else know if this works? Or, are the instructions printed incorrectly?

I have also tried it twice, and I know others have tried it to no avail. I talked to management about it. They said they think it timed out. In other words, the ringtone might have been for the first X-number of folks. And once that number of folks downloaded it, it doesn't work anymore. But the label doesn't say anything about that. Management also said to let them know if there were more people asking about it. So if you tried to get the ringtone on the CD cover and it didn't work, or even if it did work, please let us know here.

My wife downloaded it on July 30 and it worked for her. I tried the day after but it did not work but I thought it was because I have a Blackberry. I downloaded elsewhere for the same 2.99 price.

Got it from Realtones Jukebox when the single first came out. I have now added This Is Who I Am from same source.
