View Full Version : Revelation CD - Importing Issues with itunes

I am having a hard time getting itunes to recognize the new CD. I was able to import songs at my office, but my home computer seems to be struggling. I assume that the cause is the enhanced portion of the disk. Anyone else having an issue or can anyone throw some advice my way.

It may be the enhanced portion is loading very slowly on your machine, or you may not have a plugin that it needs to run it.

That's my best guess. :confused:

Could someone explain this? I'm not sure I know what the "enhanced portion" refers to? I just wanna be sure I'm not overlooking a vital piece or something.

Nevermind. I found the explanation in another thread. I have the Leeland CD, and the others don't appeal to me. But I will check the other stuff out.

I didn't have a problem, either. Make sure iTunes is your default CD player. Also, try opening iTunes first, then put in the CD.

Also, make sure you have the most updated version of iTunes. That might help.

i have the same problem
but in my case, my computer does not recognize my cd
it's like it is not there

Here is what i did.
I contacted Essential Records, and Jane told me that they have had so many similar complaint that she asked that i send back the cd so that they could figure out what is the problem. She said that they are going to send me another copy. How sweet is that!!
