I saw this....didin't get a chance to really dig into it.

I stll am of the opinion that each states should regulate guns...but I am not a constitutional lawyer...

Majority:
Roberts, Alito, Scalia (read opinion), Thomas, Kennedy (the "fifth vote, has been on Liberal side this week too)

Scalia read the opinion and said it's a fundamental right to own a gun (2nd Amendment) but cautioned that this doesn't mean people can run around with guns or that certain restrictions should not be in place. Like felons owning guns and what not.
