Someone got me chocolate covered coffee beans for a present at work.

They have now been banned. I turned into a hyperactive child, laughing and giggling hysterically and nearly had to be sent home. My colleague Fiona now frowns on anyone bringing chocolate and coffee products to work when I am on duty.

I only need about five or six to send me over the edge. Yet I can drink pints of coffee on its own with no effect.

Yes we totally do have electrical blankets but since we are in danger of rolling power black outs due to the very low level of water in our hydro lakes we need to be careful with the amount of electricity we use to prevent black outs from happening

Well we had hot summer with not much rain and so the hydro lakes that produce our electricity are not full enough to keep up with national energy needs and we have to save electricity

Very few cellers here. I live so close to the coast we have a very high water table. Unless you live on a hill, any celler instantly becomes a swimming pool. Thunder passed on off anyhow. Supposed to storm al day tomorrow. Good for sleeping.

I'm living the 'good' life right now: a loving dog and cat to take care of in a huge 2 bedroom place with a back yard, use of a laptop, a freezer and fridge at my disposal, dishwasher AND cable t.v. I didn't even intend on losing any, its just a nice byproduct of eating better and doing a bit of exercise.

I started doing squats and a little more bellydancing again. Right now I'm preparing to do my walking video. I lost 30 pounds with Leslie!!! Look her up, her videos are called Walk Away the Pounds.

I'd like to be down to 175, which is what I weighed 6 years ago when I met my ex.

Walking is an excellent exercise and so is pilates and swimming i do pilates and go for walks too.

Did you know that walking is much much better for you than running because it doesn't hurt the body the way running does and burns heaps more calories

I do my walking barefoot in the living room. It's great! Actually most of the time I wear my sneakers, Champions that I got for cheap, but today I was too lazy.

What I do need to get done is to visit my ortho and get my insoles. It's very painful standing for me because I have a very high arch so most of the weight goes to the outside of my feet.

I have flat feet and need orthotics in my shoes. I can't do much of any exercise which is not a good thing. That's why now it's doubly important for me to lose as much weight as I can. I use to be part of the maintenance team at my church so I was very active then. Now however there are many, many days that I am too tired and in too much pain to get out of bed except when I have to. Walking is out too.

I generally start with the 1 mile, which I can do with great ease. Gradually as you get stronger and build up your endurance, you can move on to the 2 and 3 mile ones.

I live in a one room apt. and there's no ventilation so the air has no where to go. It just stays and the humidity is so bad it's like trying to breathe through water. Do y'all have central or window units?

Window units. Old house. Central would be costly and inconvenient to install. It would mean pretty much gutting the whole house when window units do a pretty good job. 'Sides, me and mom just live in a couple of rooms, doesn't make sense to heat or cool the whole house.

I love it. But maybe that's just me. I blast my music as loud as it can go, I simply LOVE loud engines, trucks, cars, motorcycles, anything that don't run on rice. It thrills me to my core, and can have the opposite effect on me when I'm sleepy.

Ohhh how did I even forget to mention airplanes! I'm so used to them, we hear the F-16s and the A-10s *my favorite planes* all the time. We get a lot of the military choppers and C130s too. I live in a military town, we have one of the biggest AFBs in the country.

Guess what i asked someone at my church this morning about the amount of money raised by the kids for the aids orphans in africa for the fruit trees and goats an amazing $500 dollars new zealand all the baking and fresh fruit salad and fruit and preseves were sold for a donation and some very generous person gave the kids $50 dollars for just one sausage with bread and tomato sauce now that really amazed the kids .

The kids were raising money for 60 fruit trees and goats for the area of Luku Yesuni in Ugandan for aids orphans and i am so aware that in matthew 25 when jesus is talking about the sheep and the goats that these aids orphans are in the least of these and what we have done for them we have done for jesus too. the trees are going to provide fruit for vitamins and other important nurients for the orphans and the goats are being brought to give milk . I am so into missions big time since it is our calling to care for those overseas .
