Celebrex helps some, but Voixx was pure heaven. My right sacro-iliac joint is falling apart, and I have a herniated L4-L5 disk. Hurting right now. Limits my work, too. Can't handle real heavy patients. Gage was starting to get too heavy for me. Thank God he can walk now.

Hey there a little updatesy on my ankle i went to the dr yesterday and i had it checked and had an xray good news not broken just a sprain so i have antiflammatories and deep heat cream and just have to rest it and ice it and lift it

My ankle is doing just fine everyone and i was able to have my antiflamatory while eating my lunch after church at subway and i am so glad that i didn't break it since i have pilates this week at home 5 mornings a week and i am going to give my ankle a treat by having a foot spa while watching tv

Situation improving. My staying late this morning got me up to 40 hours this week. Picked up a permanent shift every other Saturday with another baby a lot like Peter, and there are four pending new pediatric cases awaiting approval, will know more next week. And there's still fill-ins every week with Morgan. I should be okay. Asked for a raise yesterday, office manager put in for approval on it with the regional office. It's been almost two years since my last raise, chances are good I'll get it.

Apologies for hijacking the thread, I just wanted to share the weeek I have had. I have had a weird few days.

I stood and watched a person with no heartbeat resucitated by a police officer giving CPR <Amazing>.

I followed two burglars from the scene of a crime for two miles - tracking their footwear through the snow - until I got attacked by a group of youths throwing snowbals at me (the trail eventually petered out in a shopping precinct where the snow was all trodden down).

I investigated a crime scene where someone telephoned in finding the vehicle stolen from the scene in their garage before I had even finished fingerprinting the house.

I also investigated a rape and a kidnapping and drove out into the countryside in s snow blizzard (I rarely get out of the city).

As well as performing my usual duties of examing stolen cars, criminal damages and burglaries.

Tomorrow I visit my mother and we are going up North to celebrate her birthday with the rest of my family.

Dell had a loverly orange computer, but it cost too much and still didn't have the features I wanted. Finally found my nice Gateway at wallyworld (from whence all good things come). The price was right, and it had everything I wanted. Still very happy with it. It's boring ol' black, but I never have been this happy with a computer.

Oh i must share this in 1999 some people were doing some work on my church and almost set fire to the building so we had to go to a hotel for 3 weeks and thankfully we able to go back into our building after . but we have had leaky roofs in winter and bad air conditioning in summer and bad heating in winter too but thankfully the problems have been fixed
