Oh my goodness - I would have never thought that this thread would go on as long as it has.
I gave up drinking coffee every day ...
I figured that anything I absolutely HAD to have every day, or suffer withdrawals, probably wasn't good for me. But I still have some every now and then. I'm still alive and awake without it.

Did you see the Got Milk? ad with the Starbucks employee:
Starbucks has recently jumped onto the Got Milk? bandwagon and has selected a Korean-American named Young Han to front its ad.
Han, who beat out several other nominees in a companywide contest, is a store manager from Mountain View, California.
The ad promotes Starbucks' beverages, such as the Grand Latte (which Han holds), as a good source of milk that provides about half an adult's recommended daily allowance for calcium and vitamin D.

They go REALLY fast around here.

I could easily stalk at least 10 of my drivers, they're in the same place every weekend for three-four days! Not hard to follow them ALL around the track. At least it was easy to spot a few in Phoenix. Especially when you stand by the exit where all the drivers leave through. I got a few autographs in there, saw about 10 drivers. I saw one of the driver's brothers pulling into the track *we accidentally went through the driver's entrance hahaha*. Stalking drivers is easy.
I just enforce the rules, I don't make them.

I have too much on my mind to eat right. I get this way when I'm stressed and upset. I guess most people do, but double that up with the fact that my sister isn't in town and a couple other unavoidable monthly things...
Yeah, yesterday, I was constantly by my tia Patsy all day. I was even her representative when we checked her into the emergency after her anxiety attack. She waited all day, till I left, and flat out freakin lied to my tio Renee. She told him my parents were trying to keep the house and all this STUPID crap. I'm so freaking angry with her its not even funny. And I won't even get started on tio Nando. I have so much anger and hurt in my right now that I don't know if I can conduct myself around them in a civil manner.
My mom had hugged me and told me "thank you for being strong for Patsy". Lotta freakin good it does me now.

Target had a price cut on the regular Folgers, but not Black Silk (I know because I used the price checker). I don't do sugar. I'm talking about caramel and chocolate sauce.

All these summer coffee drinks you all are giving me ideas since we are going through a really rough storm at the moment and i hope that the coffee addicts at my church will be able to have their fix tomorrow or they will be techy if the power goes out .

We had the aftermath of Hurricane Dolly last night. Omg it was pouring HARD out there. And ironically enough, it happened moments after we got into the car to head out to have dinner.
I guess some little boy was struck by lightning and killed last night too. The storms were stunning though. People ought to stay inside or under cover during lightning storms. Don't they get it?
Anyway...back to your topics..

Hey, I'm happy with the convienence (this doesn't look spelled right) store White Chocolate Caramel cappucino or the English Toffee cappucino. I know it's not the real stuff but it suits me just fine.

Nothing wrong with where you go. i can only go to 'bucks' when i've been given a gift card. i've had the iced vanilla at mcdonalds and i'm not complaining.
