In the mood for a cup of tea. Got a nice jar of raw local honey today, Koss and Sons Apiary. Pricey but very good honey.

I'm into iced silk at the moment. never had raw honey. bought organic from brazil. flowery and expensive but also worth it.

That only means it's not been pasteurized. I think it tastes better, and there are supposedly health benefits to eating honey that's both raw and local.

It's caused by the neuropathy in my feet. Yup, laxix is a piddle pill. That, and elevation and compression stockings will help. Eww, I sound like an old woman. Hey, coffee is an excellent diuretic! And tastes better than lasix!

They do make that here in the states. You can get just about anything coffee scented or flavored now, even liquer.

Peppermint tea just b/c it's soothing. Doctor any teas up with plenty of honey. Honey has a mild sedative effect. Do keep well hydrated as this keeps the fluid in the joint capsules thin and aids in joint mobility. Cosamin may help in healing and rebuilding connective tissue. Sam-E will help with joint mobility and mood elevation. Positivity always helps in healing.

Sounds like you might need to toddle off to the health food store and get some valerian. Make sure it says on the bottle that it's standardized. Oh, and it smells like feet. However, the tea tastes much better.
