The State Convention was anything but formal and unifying behind McCain. You can watch a news report about it here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJVjC0hXkFY) [Youtube].

Video, like a lot of stuff on YouTube for me lately, will not load.

Not sure if it was this convention that was discussed on Hannity yesterday.

That's the one. Numerous accounts however don't make it seem as simple (http://jasonsouthwell.com/post/32976248) as Sue expresses. But that doesn't matter. These rule changes are good. Little by little. Not to mention, that it's highly unfair that the delegates given to McCain when RP was in 2nd place. Regardless of McCain's winnings in other states.

Saw Mc today. Yup, there was one fruit, with an obscene stoopid question. How can I be there for six questions and have to listen to a nut?

This (http://www.drudge.com/news/106692/author-mccain-called-wife-cunt-trollop)[Drudge Report (contains profanity)] has been going around for a while. It's a valid question I think. If it's true, and IF his temperament is that bad (all the time) then you have a right to question whether or not someone like that should be making executive decisions.

True,
I still think it better than a Muslim or a Clinton though.
I couldn't really say that as someone who is completely up to date on this whole confounded mess,
I don't think I have the stomach for it.

That's what stinks about these elections. You have to choose which one you think would do the least amount of damage. What kind of bull crap is that? That's why I've decided to not vote until there is a candidate whom I honestly think deserves the oval office. I'm done with the whole "voting against someone". That's what gets us into whole mess in the first place.

And Obama isn't Muslim. Socialist, yes. But most certainly not Muslim.

If I vote, I'll be writing in Ron Paul...I know it won't do any good, but oh well.

The media doesn't even give Ron Paul the coverage he deserves. Oh wait, he stands for true Republicanism(is that a word?), the liberal media can't release that.

What I find interesting is that Republicans are focused on who in their party can beat Hillary/Obama. McCain is about even, according to polls, with Clinton. However, Democrats around the US are so against the war, that if Ron Paul was the Republican nominee, he would recieve many Democrat votes because of his stance on the war.

I just recieved my Oregon Primary ballot, and I will be proudly filling in the bubble next to Dr. Paul's name. Too bad he isn't running for President as an independent. I guess I will have to fill in Barney Fife for prez.
