Before I "left" temporarily I was a little harsh as I was trying to get over Brad's departure, but I just wanted to let the guys of Third Day know that I support them and I wanted to apologize to them if I discouraged them in any way. I support yall, love the new song and can't wait to hear this record. God Bless yall.

Who is this nice guy pretending to be our beloved Clemson? ;)
I love the new music I've heard so far. Getting the concerts on Wired has let us listen to a number of the new songs. Revelation makes me bawl my eyes out. Hey... I haven't cried in days....think I'll go listen to it now!
Just in case anyone else wants to join me, it's at about the 53 or 54 minute mark of the Athens, GA show.

Thanks for the link. That was a great preview video! I am really excited about this album...never been this hyped up about an album release before, but I have really liked every song I've heard. I'm also liking the new site a lot...kudos to those involved in the new site design.

I clicked the link but it played very choppy. Is that just my computer? I guess this is the Revelation EPK that I had posted about in another thread. This will definitely make its way to my MySpace page now! Thanks!

Excellent video and love the look of the new site! Did you see these lyrics for "Born Again"? WOW!
Today I found myself after searching all these years
And the man that I saw wasn’t at all who I thought he’d be
I was lost when you found me here
I was broken beyond repair
Then you came along and sang your song over me
Feels like I’m born again, feels like I’m living
For the very first time in my life.
Every believer can relate to those words. We’ve all had those times of confusion, hurt and disillusionment that have been replaced by the sweet comfort that comes from the loving hand of our heavenly Father. Those lyrics from “Born Again,” one of the compelling new songs on Third Day’s new album Revelation, once again demonstrate the band’s ability to create music that captures the complexities of the Christian walk.
With his heart on his sleeve, lead vocalist/principal songwriter Mac Powell gives voice to the emotions all believers feel as they attempt to reconcile everyday struggles with the hope born of salvation. Songs like “Run to You,” “Born Again,” “This Is Who I Am,” and the first single, “Call My Name” are like musical stepping stones on the band’s personal journey.

this album might surpass wire as my favorite third day album and maybe favorite album of all-time. sounds incredible.
I must say, this is VERY BIG sound. The producer's influence obviously took hold, having worked with POD, Flyleaf and others. I really like it. Do we really have to wait until July 29?

yeah, i love POD.
actually if you pre-order the album on May 2 from the offical website you can listen to the album until the release date. and it's only $9.99. i'm definitely taking them up on that offer!
third day also has a youtube video up of chris daughtry adding background vocals on the song "slow down" i don't have the link but it's easy to find it's on their youtube channel.

The presale is with musictoday. I have preordered the last couple of albums from them and have no troubles. I think the issues people have been having are with their Wired packages.

I've never had any problem with getting merchandise from Musictoday. My only complaint up to Wire was that their shipping prices are outrageous. The special price for this CD will help compensate for that. Of course be able to listen to the CD before its release helped with the shipping issue. I'm looking forward to this one I think it is going to be one of their best.
