Hey ya'll at last nights show Mac said he was a little under the weather. He sounded a little congested when he talked but not when he sang. I know it must have been hard for him to pull that off. I couldn't do it. But I think if we all took a second and prayed he'd see a change.

BTW The show ROCKED!!!

The opening band wasn't able to play so they got another band named JARS OF CLAY to fill in!! LOL It was a fantastic show. My camera batteries died so I didn't get any pictures but I do have a couple of GREAT videos from Jars. Its a new song of theirs so I'm waiting on permission to post it. Stay "tuned";)

I was praying for them last night anyway. Which is strange for me to be up that late, but it happened. I got kind of disturbed by that woman in Brazil's message that she dreamed something sad would happen to Mac.

Something inside me just said "Oh no, we're not having that!" And I started praying. Asking God for a hedge of protection.

I'll keep praying today.

Thanks for the reminder though! Sometimes I need someone to stop me from silly busy stuff and remind me to hold still and pray.

Hello, Iīm from Brazil, and I just wanna say that I had a dream with the leader of the band, Mac Powell. I didnīt know his name. I had to look up in the site. Maybe Jesus want to say something, or not. Sorry about my english. I have to say that it was a sad dream, if you want to know more just send a email for me.

That message was very disturbing. What benefit can come of posting something like that? Anyway, even though Mac was sick last night, the show was absolutely incredible. And I was a little upset about the late start, so they started off behind the 8 ball, so to speak. I was incredibly impressed with Mac's professionalism and commitment to their fans. As he was leaving last night, he was still signing autographs and posing for pics, all the while coughing into his sleeve. I was not too keen on seeking a picture or autograph, as I did not want to catch whatever he had, but it was nice of him to oblige those who did. He still sounded great, and I'm praying he will feel better for the GMA's on Wed. The whole band was in great form, and I loved that they played "Thief", as I had not heard that at any of the spring shows. Let me just say this fall tour will be incredible. Not sure what happened to Robert Randolph, but Jars was a very welcome surprise. I have always liked Switchfoot, but never seen them live. I was BLOWN AWAY! They are UNBELIEVABLE. Get your tix for the fall tour. It cannot be missed.

Oh my! It's surely not anyone who is in the word! As believers, we have the right to question anything anyone tells us "this is from the Lord". As we always pray for the guys, we really need to lift this person up in prayer. Because as believers, we are edifiers! If our words do not bring life, we are not to speak. This person is decieved. :(

We're kinda like spiritual bodyguards huh? The devil tries to "rush the stage" and we just knock him back out into the alley!

Go get 'em tigers! ! !

Hang on a little bit guys.....
Lets discern here with the Spirit and not emotions;)

Maybe...just maybe this person was serious. Maybe she did receive a divine dream and she was acting upon it. How else would she get message to the one concerned?
It is usually known by intercessors that upon receiving divine knowledge, and there is no possible way of contacting the person, we are to pray for them and stand against the enemy in Jesus name. Those who are not intercessors may not have a clue as how to deal with something like this.
Now it maybe that this didnt occur to her or she was so up set that she wanted to warn Mac.

It was asked, what was the point of posting that comment on the Blog? To get the guys attention and should they feel the need to contact her, then she can pass the message on.

Praise God that often we do not need to contact Third Day personally with warnings. If we receive a warning in our Spirit, most of us are mature enough in the Lord to understand what it is and get to praying.

It could be that the message was a hoax. But I dont think so. I think she was genuinely concerned and upon acting in emotion (as I can totally relate) she tried to reach the guys herself. Was the dream from God? Thats between her and God. I have no idea.

I do not condemn her for that and I pray that if God is raising her as an intercessor that He give her Wisdom concerning all Spiritual things.

I do not condemn you guys either. ;) :D
Just thought that I might offer a different perspective.

Also....THANK YOU for all of your prayer support for the guys. They are on the Front Lines of Spiritual Warfare and yes, they do need 'spiritual body guards'.

I wonder....... would it sort of lessen the blow to catch a Mac Powell virus ...rather than any old virus........... I don't think so somehow .....but at least we would have the concert memories to think of while incapacitated. ;)

(Who gave it to him - that's what I'd like to know.......and where are they now???? .............;) )

Praying for your healing Mac. :)
