One Consuming Question

My favorite song to hear 3D play live is Consuming Fire. I remember them doing it back during the Conspiracy Tour, and they had this big American Flag drop behind them when they hit that first chord...so awesome...but I digress...

Will Third Day ever perform Consuming Fire in concert again without Brad?
Mac has always commented on that song as being the first song they ever played as a FIVE piece band... Something tells me this song will always be a part of an era of Third Day that has sadly passed...

On a lighter note...I was listening to the song Faith Hope and Love... That song is pretty cool... Sort of got me wondering what a re-recording would sound like...

Which begs one more question, in case my first doesn't get anyone talking... If there was one OLD SCHOOL 3D song you would like to see re-recorded, what would it be? For me, I vote Praise Song... although, hearing that song sans Rich on the hammered dulcimer would be different...

I would really like to see, Gomer's Theme, or I Deserve re-recorded. Those are both really cool songs.

I Deserve would be cool... Gomer's Theme is so awesome just as it is, that I would be scared a re-recording might not rock as much...both excellent songs, though...

I actually got to hear 3D perform Gomer's Theme live once. They did it as a nod to the gomers in the audience, but it seemed like most of the audience had no clue what was going on... and there I was jumping around like a maniac...

I'd have to agree that "Gomer's Theme" is great just as it is. LOVED the "Thief" re-recording. I think the new version was the way it was always meant to sound.

I'd totally love to hear a re-recording of "Don't Say Goodbye".

Thief's old and new versions are amazing, but I agree, the newer one is a bit better.
I deserve? Is a song which needs a bit of a remix, Don't Say Goodbye I'm not sure whether they could make it much better.
Whereas Never Bow Down could use a change of start?
