You get meet and greet passes for the show of your choice, all Third Day CD's, an autographed picture and a t-shirt. Curious as to the part that says the show request must be in by 12/31/08. Does this sound like Third Day has 2009 tour plans? I haven't even gotten tickets for the Fall '08 stuff yet!
