I'm trying to sign up for "Wired," but upon reaching the credit-card information section, I still hadn't been asked for a T-shirt size. Does that come at the very end?

Hi! When I first signed up for Wired, it did not ask for a t-shirt size. That was later added to the member info page. I would suggest that you go ahead and go thru the whole process of signing up for Wired. Then log into the Wired homepage and at the top of the page there is a link called Member Info where you can go and edit your personal info, change user name and such. At the very bottom of the Member Info page you can choose your t-shirt size. I hope this helps!!

Then sit back and wait and maybe in six months you will have your merchandise, IF you are lucky. My advice, unless you really want to hear the wired radio, or are looking for a meet and greet at a concert, I would not bother. This wired thing has really disappionted me. The things the band has anything to do with, like the wired radio and the interaction at the meet & greets, are great. Anything MusicToday has anything to do with is terrible, such as customer service, delivery of goods, notification of meet & greets, the number of people admitted to those meet & greets, and timeliness of ticket delivery. All of that stinks in my opinion.

I also noticed, in reading the fine print on tickets, that it says the tickets are a sampling of seats all over the arena -- not just the best seats. So you could end up thinking you were going to get prized seats by being an esteemed "Wired" member, and yet find yourself in the upper deck. And if I understood the fine print correctly, you must be at home (or at another prearranged address) the day the ticckets are delivered, or they are sent back. What's that all about?

I haven't bought tickets through WIRED yet, but do know that front row seats were available for several of the spring tour shows.

I've NEVER been home when the tickets have arrived, and always had them waiting for me in the mailbox when I DID get home from work that day, so I don't know what they're talking about there.

Regarding the seating, you just have to have your seating chart for the venue handy so you can check what seats are coming up as available and where they are. I checked for tickets through them for two of the Christmas shows, the first one, other than a couple of tix, all the available seats that came up were in the back sections, leaving the entire front sections unavailable. I figured that there was no way those could have sold out that quickly, that they were probably being held for Ticketmaster, so didn't buy anything from the presale, and it turns out they were. I ended up with 2nd row center via the general sale.

For the second show, I pulled 4th row center from the presale, went ahead and got them since they were reasonably close, but did check the general sale afterwards, and pulled front row center from Ticketmaster. I bought those and ended up selling the 4th row presale ticket.

Word is though that MT can only sell the tickets that they're given by the promoter or whomever. And that's fine, but all I know is that probably 90% of the time, I get better seats from the Ticketmaster general sale than the Music Today presales. But other people have had better luck than I have, I know, so you just have to pay attention to what is being made available at the time, and then gamble over whether you think you'll get better seats from TM later, or if MT is the best that you can get.

It does depend on the promoter/venue. I was pleased with the Columbus show on this tour, though. They held back the first 10 rows for the presale. Then, the venue put the rest of the tickets on sale before the Wired presale started. So, I'm glad they did hold back those rows for us. I got 2nd row for it since I didn't have my phone sitting by me when Candace called to tell me the presale had started. Most of the other presales show when they start. But, for some reason, the ones in Georgia don't give any notice of when they start.

I was disappointed with the ticket selection for the Christmas tour. But, I think that was because it was a new thing.

I guess I was lucky. I got my Wired package. There are som kinks to work out with this deal. You can tell that. But, we all just need to have some patience and let them work it all out. :)
