If you have not yet attended a meet and greet on Spring tour be sure and check your spam for your notification. (Mine went there) Be sure and bring your laminate. Check in at the wired table. If you are traveling and cannot print your notification check in at the wired table. If for some reason you have not received your laminate check in at the wired table.
My email went to spam and I did not think I needed my laminate in Augusta so I did check my name off at the Wired table but did not ask if I needed anything else. When it came time for the meet and greet the list was not back there and I had no identifying "stuff". I should have asked at the table.
Just wanted to let all the wired members know so they would not make the same mistake I did.

So did you miss the meet & greet, or did they let you through? I sure hope you got through. I had the same confusion in Decatur and Columbus. There were new folks working the tables (ie not Lee from the Christams tour). In Decatur she checked my name off the list. I told her I had no laminate (still no wired packet), and she said that's fine, and they were not checking very closely, so I went through just fine. In Columbus I did the same thing, and there was another new person there who did not mention there were actual passes at the box office. Traci got her pass and when we were lining up, I was afraid they would let us get back there, but again they were not checking that closely, so we had no problems. But, there were like 75 to 100 people at that meet & greet (way too crowded for an "intimate" feel), so they probably rethought the whole process for the next night.

I thought that there were only a certain number of passes available through the Wired site -- like 25! I know at the Christmas shows they let another 25 people sign up that night so we had 50. But 75-100!!! I think that's too much. At what number are they going to stop it?

In all fairness to the wired people, I did not do an actual headcount, but it was definitely significantly more than I had seen at the three prior ones I had been to. Not sure what happened.

She's right. There were a lot more people back there in Columbus. I think part of the issue is that they allow anyone that signs up for Wired that night to go back there as well. So, that does add more people than just the 25. I'm not sure that's fair. I think they should tell them that it offers them a chance to get a meet 'n greet and a future show. Just my opinion. I had my niece and nephew with me. They were able to meet all of the guys. But, they didn't get to talk to each of them long since there were so many people.

Yes, I have to agree with what you said about the number of people at the meet and greet. What happens when someone isn't able to go to the meet and greet because all of the passes are taken yet the new people get to go. I know that is how they are marketing Wire but it just doesn't seem right. Just a concern that I have....
