Hey guys, I have a Fender Standard Jazz with a bad buzz. When I touch the strings it quits. Someone said there should be a ground wire in there to take care of that on Fenders. I've never had it apart, could anyone give me any help on this?

It sounds to me like you need to "ground" your bass. The process isn't that hard. Here (http://alexplorer.net/guitar/basics/grounding.html) is the first link I found by googling. There might be a better site with more pix if you search more.

Try playing further away from your amp, and stay in front of it. If that doesn't work, you may want to put wax on the back of your pickups.
