I can play some of it, but just barely.
Dave's guitar parts are so hard to play.
Try to play the guitar solo of "Wake up Dead" song from MegadetH. Good luck if you can play any of it. I have tried before, it is not easy at all. I can play a tiny bit of it. Not much.
Also, I finially learned how to play the very beginning part of "Holy Wars - The Punishment Due" song from them too.
Your fingers have to be flying on that guitar neck to play that. Nothing but barre chords, some power chords here and there, and fast strumming.
MegadetH songs are not easy at all to play. I know plenty of other Rock or Metal bands that have easier riffs to learn than any MegadetH song is to play.
I have heard a lot of guitarists listen to MegadetH to pick up on the very hard to play guitar riffs.

I spend a lot of time practicing on my electric guitar, and I wanted to learn something that was really hard and challenging to play, and MegadetH songs is about as challenging as it gets.

Some of the chords that Dave plays in MegadetH songs, I have no idea how he is playing what he is playing without breaking his fingers or breaking his wrist.
Barre chords that you have to reach with your middle finger and ring finger about 2 or 3 frets to play, while having your index finger down on all the strings about 2 or 3 frets above your middle finger and index finger.
Not easy to do.
After the very beginning riff of "Holy Wars - The Punishment Due" starts off, it goes into nothing but fast Power Chord Slides right before the lyrics of "Brother will kill brother, spilling blood across the land. Killing for religion, something I don't understand. Ask the sheep for their beliefs, do you kill on God's command?! A country that's divided surely will not stand. My past erased, no more disgrace. No foolish naive stand. The end is near, it's crystal clear. Part of the master plan. Don't look now to Israel, it might be your homeland. Holy Wars..." comes in.
Something like that takes A LOT of practice. It is not something you pick up overnight.
The solo of that song is almost mindboggling of how Dave is playing that.

This is the song I am talking about.
Take a look at Dave Mustaine's fingers on that guitar neck, and how he is playing what he is playing:

If you want to challenge yourself, You should learn "Poison Was The Cure" from the Rust In Peace album. That's one of the craziest guitar riffs I've ever heard.

I know exactly what you are talking about.
How Dave can play that impossible guitar riff and sing while doing that all at the sametime, is mind-boggling?
Awesome song. Awesome sound on the guitar. Impossible to play.

Have I finished posting for the night? Yes.
I have been listening to MegadetH since 1990 when the "Rust in Peace" CD first came out.
I would like to see someone attempt to try to play that MegadetH song "Posion was the Cure" from the "Rust in Peace" CD. Extremely hard to play and extremely complicated guitar playing.
I can also play "She Wolf" from the "Cryptic Writtings" CD from them as well. Even the solos at the end of the song too. It took some practicing, but I got it to where I can play all the way through.
"She Wolf" is not as half as hard to play as "Holy Wars" is.
combine two chords
sometimes more of one than the other depending on the sound you want
it's not hard it just takes time and practice to get good at swicthing between them
