I am selling my POD XT Live if anyone is interested

I am looking to sell my POD xt live. It has been heavily used but you wouldn't be able to tell, it's in great shape and has no issues or problems at all. It also comes with all my patches on it, of which there are some real gems. It comes with the power supply obviously and also with a Gator carrying bag.
If you like, I also have a pair of Crate keyboard amps I can throw in for another $50 for the pair. They are cheap amps, but they sound really really good with the POD. Two means you can run the POD in stereo, which is really cool cause the two amps have very slightly different color to them. They reproduce the sound of the POD very well.

I would like to get $300 + shipping for the POD + bag if possible. I could possibly drop it to $275, but not really any lower, cause I am trying to buy a Blues jr with the money from the sale.

I am still quite impressed with it, but it doesn't sound quite right to me anymore. I realize that it is a fantastic piece of modeling equipment, but to my ear, it lacks the attack and dynamics of tube amp, at least partially. It does a much better job of capturing them than any other modeler I have ever played, but it just doesn't cut it for me anymore. I was in a guitar store today, and I sat down and turned on a Blues Jr, and I just was blown away by how it sounded. ironically, that's the amp I used to own before my POD.
