Nope - Naked Mole rats are cool - they live in 'hives' where only the queen has babies (it is believed, observation of this elusive likkle critter is not easy as they spend all their time underground.

The other females - sisters and daughters and granddaughters - collect food and keep the tunnels of their home clean.

The males lay around doing nothing unless they hear an alarm call from the females, then they jump into action fighting any interlopers (mostly snakes). The male's teeth are so big that the males cannot feed themselves, the females have to chew their food for them.

The only other time the males do anything is when one of them gets a call to go visit the queen for a romantic liason.
