Any chance we can get a show from the Time tour? Or maybe even before? My favorite Third Day track of all time is Blackbird Live from Chronology Vol. 1. Any chance that whole concert from 96/97 can be put on the radio? I guess I'm working off an assumption that the whole show was recorded...

Better yet, let's give the whole show the treatment Blackbird got and make it a special order CD for the wired fan club... I would pay BIG bucks for an old school concert from back in the day...

Guess what. I just got my mail for today and...................... I DID NOT GET THE WIRED PACKAGE YET STILL AND ITS ONLY 4 DAYS LEFT TILL CHRISTMAS! AAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHH!!! I am really upset. They said the packages would be delivered last week! Come on now guys!!!!! I'm worried because I only have 3 more mail days before Christmas and I was expecting the package as a Christmas Present.

I too am a smidge irked that the concert goers got their packages before the early signer-uppers (but not so irked that I'm ambitious enough to go hunt down that customer service email address. My thoughts about it - since I primarily signed up for Wired for the Wired Radio and the "Meetsa and a'Greetsa" anyway, are "it'll get here when it gets here". ;) As long as I'm not the only who hasn't gotten it yet.)

Who knows, maybe they're including a little something extra in the package to make up for the fact that it's taking so long to get our intro packages and THAT'S what's causing the additional delay.

I think what upsets me about ppl getting theirs at the show & we didn't was the fact that they made it sound as if ours was already in the mail. Why else could they not give them out then?

I don't think it matters who is directly sending the packages out, it is the name of Third Day and for the fans of Third Day, so it is the guys in the band responsibility to make sure that what was said when we all signed up was true, it definately was not true as some of the items were not ready to be shipped out.

I think it is pretty bad for people to have received them at the Christmas show having only signed up that night, and other people like us on the boards from other parts of the world have signed up a long time ago and we have not got anything!!

We were not told when we signed up for it that we would not be getting the package until next year.........

The wired radio is brilliant with all the Concerts on it, and the Christmas shows on it so quickly, We can listen to it in Scotland which is cool.

Some people have been complaining that maybe one Christmas show was not on the player, but come on, look how many shows are on it!!

The guys from Third Day do a lot more for their fans than most other people, the whole foundation of Third Day is for God and it shows.

Hey, this is slightly to the side of what is going on, but considering the level of frustration many of you have I figured I pop this in here.

You should not treat this situation any different that if you'd ordered from Amazon. If you ordered something from Amazon, and they debited your credit card, you'd be looking for the merchandise or your money back. You should not let them "slide" because they work for Third Day or are a "Christian" group type thing. You should also not be thinking they should be "better" than any other businesses because they are Christian. I don't know if they gave approx. dates or stuff like that since I didn't join, so I'm not sure how far outside the "expectation window" they are are right now.

Basically you should approach this transaction just like you would any other online purchase. If they are way outside the "expectation window" then I'd send one final e-mail to customer service that read something like: "If I do not receive all of the items I purchased on (insert your join date) and you took payment for (insert you card date where the bill showed up) than I'm going to have to report the transaction to my credit card company as a fraudulent charge."
I've done that a couple times and it seems to change the type of action you get from a customer service rep.
Although some of you have used "part" of your purchase, the entire purchase is still incomplete and maybe they can credit you back $8 or $10 bucks until they get it straightened out.

If they are not that long past the general "expectation window" than I'd try to stop bugg'n on it and just go about other stuff and stop worrying about the package.

This probably has nothing to do with anything, but I recently signed up for Roof-Dwellers, the Blue Man Group's version of "Wired", which is ALSO handled by Music Today. According to their sign up info, the Roof-Dwellers sign-up packages are scheduled to be mailed out at the end of December.

Since both clubs are being handled by Music Today, maybe the Wired packages will be sent out at around the same time?

Just a thought.

I'm sorry, I should have said that I can only confirm what I saw at the Fayettesville show. At that show, people who signed up only received the t-shirt and not a laminate. The first 25 to sign up did receive a M&G pass but it was not laminate, only good for that night and it was the same pass that I recieved.

Rob, I understand your point about that we shouldn't let them slide just because they are Christian or this is Third Day. I'm just coming from the persepective that I signed up for Wired to get the M&G and the "package" stuff was extra to me. So I'm not in a hurry to get it. I feel that I have paid for what I wanted-a M&G pass. I know others don't feel this way and that is fine. After Christmas we should probably try and get this sorted out through Customer service. I still may have Lee's email somewhere...maybe he can help us.

Oh one mnre thing i'd like to add about the wired package. As i was tracking the progress of the order. It went to packing after about 2-3 days. Then it was in packing status for about 5 -6 days. The the order status said shipped and 5 days later its here so it was a steady process .
