I heard them here in Scotland on the Logan show and then I read on here that some of you guys liked them, so I checked them out again and I love what I hear.

Decemberadio have became a hit with gomers, so just wondering if NEEDTOBREATHE are going to be the Gomers next big stars?

We are waiting on the 2 albums coming to Scotland, but seem to keep going to their myspace site a lot to hear the music :-)

I am so upset. They are 45 minutes away from me tonite and I'm sick as a dog with my sinus allergies. (Em, insert your crying smiley here, please.) I posted on their myspace site. I just love this band. All of their songs on both CD's. I have their songs on my myspace site. Of course, along with 3D. :D I think Bear's and our Mac's voices are so unique! Beautiful!! I'm hoping to get to see them in concert sometime soon. I love Daylight in the car and I listen to The Heat at work. A coworker is a Christian and she likes The Heat, also.

They have a new Christmas song 'Go Tell It On the Mountain' available to download free from their myspace page HERE (http://www.myspace.com/needtobreathe)

It is an excellent version and is a refreshing change for these one off songs to be available for us in Europe, as it isn't just on itunes usa, which means unavailable to anyone outside usa.

I love their version of Go Tell it on the Mountain. I'm planning on getting the CD that's on when it comes out. I've got to do some digging to see if it is out already. Fantastic song. It could also be played all thru the year and not just at Christmas time.

We're getting the kangaRuby for New Year's so I AM SO HAPPY!!! I feel the same way as you with wired radio. I haven't been on it at aal since I ordered it. So I feel like I wasted my money. But back to needtobreathe. They have been on tour and I'm hoping to get to see them soon. I missed them when they came to Savannah, GA but hopefully, they'll be nearby soon.

Indeed about NEEDTOBREATHE!!!!
I heard about them from one of my friend. I wasn't sure if I like it or not until he let me listened to his cd. About week later, I bought the cd and I listened to it ever since. Their new album is pretty good too (yes, I bought that album too). I found it refreshing and soulful in some sense. (southern style like thirdday. Yes indeed.)

Songs such as streets of gold, washed by the water and second chances has strong inspirational theme to it because of the fact that those songs were their life story in some sense. Of course, I think you already heard the song "Signature of Divine (Yahweh)" is pretty much somewhat worship song.
Songs such as shine on and more time was use as soundtrack of movies (Employee of the month and P.S. I love you).
In some sense, they are connecting general and christian market. This is my little song information of needtobreathe.

I have to say I was amazed, I thought they would be very good, but they were so much better than I had imagined with lots of extras to the songs live!!

Yea, it better be good music, while doing chores. I am certainly no housekeeper! I really like the vocals. They are really unique. I spent some time reading up on the guys and they seem like sweet guys. From South Carolina, too, which is where my parents grew up.

Mine are pretty much the same, but Haley is my favorite, then Washed, then Streets. I also love You Are Here, Movin On', and Signature of Divine. I listen by artist on my IPOD, so I honestly can't tell you which songs are from which CD. They are both excellent!

My favorite song is Don't Leave Just Yet, then We Can Run Away. I like how those songs sound. Some of the other songs don't really stand out in my mind, but overall they're pretty good and they're getting better.

Southwest flies out of Raleigh which is 3 hours away from us. We are driving to see Needtobreathe in Anderson, SC on 8/30. My husband really enjoyed them when we went to the Myrtle Beach HOB show.

They sound good, but I not really hearing that "southern rock" sound. Wash by the water is close, but not quite. When I think of southern rock I think of "Lynyrd Skynyrd", "Marshal Tucker Band", "Georgia Satellites" "Allman Brothers" etc.

I read back thru, and thought I had missed something? Glad you are getting the word out on the Memphis deal. We've got a great club on Beale they would be perfect for. The New Daisy Theater. They do some all ages shows, so you could bring Chance. We'd have a big old time!

Well, this next Tuesday night, we get to see what all the fuss about NEEDTOBREETHE is all about. They are coming through Spokane, WA and my wife, one of my daughters and I will be there. I know what you mean. I was checking the NTB website because Bear mentioned that they were playing in Greenville, SC this weekend. I was surprised to find out NTB will be here in Charlotte on Thursday, but it's a club type atmosphere and we can't go on a school night.

Bear mentioned that he wrote that song for his dad and we read in the local newspaper that his parents were in the audience, so that must have been really special for them. I believe we may have to travel to Greenville in October to see NTB again since none of the Third Day Live dates are nearby.

I remember an article that I think was talking about the two brothers in time magazine years ago. Someone posted it on a christian forum. The writer was a backslidden christian and tried pretty hard to make them sound dumb - but he didn't succeed. It was at a christian music festival and he camped with them. I think it's the same guys so I was so chuffed to see them come out in a band because they were talking about it (i think) in the article.

Hoping that I haven't gotten them mixed up with someone else - but anyways.

Needtobreathe is coming to Cumming (haha, that sounds funny...:P ) for the fair, and a couple of members of my family are going to see them. Tickets are only $7, so we would pretty much be dumb not to go lol.

We caught them in Savannah last Friday on the Third Day Live tour. I enjoyed hearing More Time, Shine On, Signature of Divine and Washed By The Water. They ended their set with Streets of Gold all acoustic. It was fantastic! What a nice surprise when Bear came out during the encore to play guitar and sang with Mac on Otherside. I hope they'll be touring with 3D again in the spring!
